Supervise internal department operations to maintain agreements, prompt response, and client’s satisfaction. Analyze business opportunities by developing reports and studies for executive management. Maintain reports and informative data to ensure regulatory compliance, decision making, and quality control. Act as focal point between the management and its corporate clients to resolve issues, increase security, and meet traveler expectations. Manage department’s documentation and procedures with aim to improve operational, traveling, and services safety / efficiency. Cooperate with chief operations officer to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
