Established the chapter in Bahrain and hired interested volunteers to reach the chapter’s goals. Helped host many webinars that have reached close to 3,000 attendees worldwide. In addition, facilitated connections between our local universities and the organization which has helped us attract new members.

Bahrain Airport Services (BAS)

Manage the revenues of the company. Oversee commercial activities / operations in BAS to assist people to travel across worldwide, create more links, and build business relationship. Prepare and negotiate agreements to provide carriers, travelers/shippers and economic benefits and international air services for passengers. Supervise internal department operations to maintain agreements, prompt response, and client’s satisfaction. Analyze business opportunities by developing reports and studies for executive management. Maintain reports and informative data to ensure regulatory compliance, decision making, and quality control. Act as focal point between the management and its corporate clients to resolve issues, increase security, and meet traveler expectations. Manage department’s documentation and procedures with aim to improve operational, traveling, and services safety / efficiency. Cooperate with chief operations officer to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
